Jason Robert Brown Revival Begins in London Tonight with Color Purple Star by Olivia Clement

Cynthia Erivo stars in the 20th anniversary engagement of Jason Robert Brown's first musical Songs for a New World, which begins performances July 22 at London's St. James Theatre. Erivo will join Jennifer Hudson in the upcoming Broadway revival of The Color Purple.
