59E59 Theaters kicks off their 9th annual Summer Shorts festival by Throughline Artists July 17, a series of short new plays by leading playwrights Neil LaBute (Reasons to be Pretty), Matthew Lopez (The Whipping Man), Vickie Ramirez (Smoke, Ashes), Robert O'Hara (BootyCandy), Stella Fawn Ragsdale (Perish) and Lucy Thurber (The Insurgents).
