Federal Law Could Make Times Square Billboards An Endangered Species
The big mechanized face blowing cigarette smoke over the crowd and the huge steaming cup of coffee are long gone, but Times Square is still home to a barrage of brightly-lit billboards that, in many ways, define its very existence. However, the federal government reportedly is seeking to use regulations force their reduction or removal.
