Baltimore Mayor Is Chicago-Bound
Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake will make her theatrical debut when she joins the cast of the national tour of the Tony-winning musical Chicago March 4 for a single performance at Baltimore's Hippodrome Theatre at the France-Merrick Performing Arts Center.
