Tony Award nominee Siân Phillips, the Welsh actress known for playing strong and stylish women of a certain age in Broadway's Marlene and TV's "I, Claudius," will play to her strengths this summer in the Hudson Valley in a rare revival of Noël Coward's 1929 musical Bitter Sweet.
