The Skivvies will return to 54 Below Oct. 4 with a lineup including Emily Padgett of the upcoming Side Show on Broadway, The Book of Mormon's Matt Doyle and satirical pop-rockers Tastiskank – Kate Reinders and Sarah Litzinger.
