For a company that prides itself on reviving seldom-seen musicals, 42nd Street Moon has picked a real doozy. The only collaboration between three musical theater giants " composer Richard Rodgers, Stephen Sondheim (lyrics) and Arthur Laurents (book) " 1965's "Do I Hear a Waltz?" was such a failure that it's hardly been seen since, even now when you can't cross Broadway without bumping into another revival.
