To celebrate the opening of Opera Philadelphia's 2014-2015 season, the 40th anniversary at that, a free, outdoor live-broadcast presentation of Rossini's iconic "The Barber of Seville" will hit the giant HD screen at Independence National Historical Park on Saturday, Sept. 27.
