Charles Spencer Retires as Chief Theatre Critic of London's Daily Telegraph
Charles Spencer has retired as chief theatre critic of London's Daily Telegraph, a post he has held since 1991. His final review for the paper was a London production of Richard Bean's Toast at the Park Theatre, which was published Sept. 1.
