"Rockaway!," a free public arts festival sponsored by the Jamaica Bay-Rockaway Parks Conservancy to celebrate the reopening of Fort Tilden and recognize the ongoing recovery of the Rockaway peninsula, and in collaboration with MoMA PS1, will open June 29 with a poetry reading from James Franco (Of Mice and Men) and spoken word performance from acclaimed artist, writer and musician Patti Smith.
