Lombardi and Bronx Bombers Producers Turn Eye Toward Life Story of Boxer Joe Louis by Adam Hetrick

Fran Kirmser and Tony Ponturo, who produced the Broadway sports dramas Lombardi, Magic/Bird and Bronx Bombers, have acquired stage and film rights to the life story of African American heavyweight champion Joe Louis.
