Bebe Neuwirth is going from the queen of freaks to queen of the fairies. Ms. Neuwirth, who plays Morticia in the Broadway musical "The Addams Family" through June 26, will portray Titania next spring in Classic Stage Company's production of Shakespeare's "A Midsummer Night's Dream."
