After the success of last year’s inaugural event, producer and host Scott Nevins has rounded up the best and brightest from Broadway and televison, including Rachelle Rak, Lesli Margherita and Charl Brown, to kick off the holiday season with another star-studded Sparkle concert at XL Cabaret.
