Tennessee Williams' Pulitzer Prize-winning play Cat on a Hot Tin Roof begins performances at the 8th Provincetown Tennessee Williams Theater Festival Sept. 27. The theme of this year's festival is "Tennessee Williams and Women: 50% Illusion."
