Scoop, More London: The plot is familiar and timeless but in Lisa Kuma's seamless translation/adaptation the text sounds so fresh and modern it's as if you've never heard it before. She hooks the Oedipus Rex and Antigone plays neatly together so that the first half takes us to the dismissal of Oedipus from Thebes and the second half presents the tragedy of his daughter, Antigone.
