BEVERLY — Bill Hanney, who bought North Shore Music Theatre last year, would love to talk about this season’s musicals all day long. But he’s just as focused on operational details, such as getting pre-show diners out of the on-site restaurant, the Backstage Bistro, in time to make curtain.
