Barrett Foa, who has been seen on Broadway in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and stars as Eric Beale in the TV series "NCIS: Los Angeles," leads the cast of The Music Man at the Harriet S. Jorgensen Theatre in Storrs, CT. Performances begin July 11.
