Not too long ago, Culture Monster chatted with Theatre Development Fund’s David LeShay about its popular TKTS booth in Times Square turning 40. TDF, he said, would soon be offering a new “mystery service” in addition to the same-day seats on and off-Broadway it's been offering theater-goers, at a discount, since 1973.  Â
