"Unlock'd" is a musical about a girl who's dumber than a sack of hair. The show is colorful and cute, but too long and in need of highlights. The comparison seems fitting since man-magnet Belinda (Jillian Gottlieb) believes that her beloved golden tresses are the source of all her beauty, power and reason for being.
