CAMBRIDGE — “Silver Spoon’’ starts off promisingly enough. The new musical by folk singer-activist Si Kahn and playwright Amy Merrill, premiering under the auspices of the Nora Theatre Company, begins with its two young protagonists lolling in bed, enjoying a state of post-coital bliss. Surely, nothing says late ’60s like a lie-in.
