Before entering the Jackie Liebergott Black Box theater at the Paramount Center, audience members are asked to remove their shoes. It’s the first indication of the gentle, childlike wonder central to “Farfalle (Butterflies),’’ a theater and dance hybrid, with a little bit of natural science thrown in for good measure.
