Spotlight on Town Hall, a free concert event featuring performances from Chicago, The Phantom of the Opera, Avenue Q and more, will be held March 28 at New York City's The Town Hall. "Smash" star Jeremy Jordan has joined the lineup, and NY1 anchor Roma Torre will host.
