Looped, Matthew Lombardo's Broadway comedy for which Valerie Harper was a 2010 Best Actress Tony Award nominee, launches Feb. 26 on a national tour starring Emmy Award nominee Stefanie Powers in the role of Tallulah Bankhead. The tour starts at at the Parker Playhouse in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
