Polka, London: This entertaining celebration of Chinese New Year sets out to educate non-Chinese people into the great traditions. It packs a lot of slightly clunkily placed information (words in Cantonese/Mandarin, names of musical instruments and translation of notices for example) into a short time but just about stops short of being overtly educational or worthy.
