ArtsBeat: Neil Patrick Harris Will Return as Tony Awards Host by Dave Itzkoff

Neil Patrick Harris, a star of "How I Met Your Mother," who hosted the 2009 Tony Awards, the 2009 Emmy Awards and, for some reason, the 2010 Spike Video Game Awards, will return as Tonys host next month.
