Composer-lyricist Alexander Sage Oyen, who recently released his second album "Drafts (Volume One)," offered a concert of his work Jan. 19 at the new Manhattan nightspot 54 Below. Derek Klena, Ben Fankhauser and Jason Gotay were among the evening's performers.
