After spending the late spring hitchhiking and much of the winter touring with a spoken-word Christmas show, local auteur John Waters is back in Baltimore to celebrate the 25th anniversary of his most famous film with the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra's production of Hairspray: In Concert.
