Drew Minard and Mitchell Tobin Join Cast of National Tour of Billy Elliot the Musical
Universal Pictures Stage Productions, Working Title Films, Old Vic Productions and NETworks Presentations, LLC announced Dec. 19 that Drew Minard and Mitchell Tobin have joined the national touring cast of the Tony Award-winning Billy Elliot the Musical in the title role.
