Hurricanes Inspire National Theater Institute Students For New Work
National Theater Institute’s (NTI) 31 students at the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center in Waterford will present "They Were Under," an original work based on first hand and journalistic accounts, weather forecasts, and documentaries from Hurricane Sandy and the Hurricane of 1938 .
