RESPONSE: Batman the Movie
By which I mean the Adam West feature film. After having read some pretty gritty late-Batman material (The Killing Joke, Knightfall, and Frank Miller's The Dark Knight Returns), it's worth a visit back to the time when Batman was inherently funny.
