Emmy winner and Tony nominee Laurie Metcalf is set to star in the HBO pilot Getting On, according to TV Line. Alex Borsetin (Family Guy) and Niecy Nash (Reno 911!) will also star in the medical comedy, which is based on a popular British series of the same name.
