Green Day's Billie Joe Armstrong Seeks Treatment After Rant by Dave Itzkoff

A statement on the band's Web site said Mr. Armstrong was being treated for substance abuse after he halted the band's Friday performance at the iHeartRadio Music Festival to deliver an angry tirade.
