Kelsey Verzotti, 17, who sang "Good Morning, Baltimore" is first to be eliminated in reality TV series Over the Rainbow, which chronicles the search for a young woman to star as Dorothy in the Mirvish-Andrew Lloyd Webber production of The Wizard of Oz this December.
