Gwyneth Paltrow ("Glee"), Julia Roberts (Three Days of Rain) and Samuel L. Jackson (The Mountaintop) are among the celebrities who will take part in the 2012 "Stand Up To Cancer" telethon, which will be broadcast live from the Shrine Auditorium in L.A. on Sept. 7.
