The world premiere of Tail! Spin!, a verbatim reenactment of the sex scandals that brought down Governor Mark Sanford, Congressmen Anthony Wiener and Mark Foley and Senator Larry Craig, begins performances Aug. 11 as part of the 2012 New York International Fringe Festival (FringeNYC).
