New Stage Is Set for Performing Arts in Brooklyn
Stephen Shelley, an actor and director who lives in Brooklyn, had just wrapped up a self-produced staging of "Medea" last year when he realized there was nowhere else to go with it. So he decided to start a performing arts festival.
