Public Theater Receives $4 Million Gift from Spitzer Trust
The Public Theater has received a $4 million gift from the Bernard and Anne Spitzer Charitable Trust to provide support for free productions of Shakespeare in the Park and the renovation of the organization's Astor Place home.
