Christopher Shinn's emotionally harrowing "Dying City" works with wondrous efficiency. The 80-minute drama covers not one but two dark nights of the soul, concerning three characters played by two actors. Chad Deverman and Lyndsy Kail turn in fine performances, Deverman in two roles as twins and Kail as the woman dealing with the brothers at different times, in "Dying City" at Capital Stage.
