Stage and film actor Charles S. “Roc” Dutton will be a featured guest at the Eugene O’Neill Theater Center 's  6th Annual Summer Gala on Saturday, July 21, in the Sunken Garden on the theater’s grounds off of 305 Grerat Neck Road, Waterford.
