Vivian Nabeta Named New Haven Director of Arts, Culture, Tourism
Vivian Nabeta is the new director of arts, culture, and tourism for New Haven. Nabeta succeeds Barbara Lamb, who retired last fall. Nabeta’s position is within the city’s Economic Development Administration.
