It takes a lot of brass to play Penelope Pennywise in Urinetown, and Tony Award nominee Andrea McArdle — Broadway's original Annie — has just the pipes. She stars in the Connecticut Repertory Theatre (CRT) production of the Tony-winning Broadway musical April 14-17 & 27-30.
