NEW YORK — The annual gala that follows the Tonys at the nearby Plaza Hotel is a place where nominees and presenters can kick back. Yes, even the losers, though if there was any disappointment on the part of "Death of a Salesman" actors Philip Seymour Hoffman and Andrew Garfield, both of whom came away empty-handed, this reporter didn't see it.
