The HMV Group has announced the £32 million sale of leading London concert and comedy venue, the Hammersmith Apollo, to Stage C, which is jointly owned by subsidiaries of the American multi-national entertainment and sports company AEG, and leading European ticketing services provider CTS Eventim.
