Funny how a revolutionary aesthetic that paved the way for avant-garde theater can seem quaint when sampled nearly a century after it was born. The pair of one-acts presented under the title "DADA Returns!" by Legitimate Stage at the D.C. Arts Center can't avoid a whiff of antiquity.
