A Hard Rain: Modest Turnout for Bob Dylan in Vietnam by Dave Itzkoff

Bob Dylan played to about 4,000 people in Ho Chi Minh City on Sunday, his first concert in Vietnam, following concerts in China where his set lists were approved by those Communist countries' governments.
