JDS grad's band plays Jewish Music Festival
When Dan Saks was a middle-schooler at Charles E. Smith Jewish Day School back in the early 1990s, he wanted to grow up to be a rock star. But, he said, there was no formal music program at the Rockville school. He and his buddies lobbied to start one.
