Gabriel Kahane , composer of "February House," a musical which had its world premiere earlier this year at New Haven's Long Wharf Theatre is the recipient of this year's Claire Tow Award presented to a new talent in the theater. The award was given at last weeks gathering at the theater announcing the 2012-13 season.
