Guest contributor Hani Omar Khalil sent us this essay on Ibrahim El-Husseini's "Comedy of Sorrows" ("Commedia Al-Ahzaan") which is one of the first theatrical responses to Egypt's 2011 revolution. It was given a reading at the Graduate Center at CUNY in April and will be presented in Chicago this May.
