The New York Yankees aren’t the only out-of-towners invading Boston this weekend. The Boston-based nonprofit TransCultural Exchange is hosting its third biennial Conference on International Opportunities in the Arts: The Interconnected World starting today, with its command center at the Omni Parker House Hotel and a packed schedule of activities at a dozen other venues around town.
