"She's so crazy," said a woman in a hushed but audible voice on Tuesday night at the Cafe Carlyle. The stage whisperer, an actress, was referring to the evening's entertainer, Emily Bergl, and she was right. Bergl, known for "Desperate Housewives" and Off-Broadway roles, is unabashedly quirky.
